  1. We've been able to access Cardinals games on FSGO in Ada, Oklahoma (Sherman/Ada).
  2. I don't believe so. https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=wbkb
  3. With this announcement, along with the impending launches of NBC in Presque Isle & Mankato, this will leave only the microscopic Alpena market, DMA 208, as the only market in America w/o an in market NBC station. I wonder whether WBKB can open a DT4 in order for the Peacock to have full USA coverage?
  4. If Gray needs more bandwidth in NWO, there's WMNT-CD, which shows MNT and other subnets.
  5. Meanwhile in Denver, it appears the some early season Avalanche & Nuggets games will have a ZERO rating. What makes matter worse, the Broncos are 0-4. https://theathletic.com/1256711/2019/10/01/altitude-will-still-air-the-avs-season-opener-it-just-wont-be-on-comcast-directv-or-dish/
  6. Regarding the Sinclair-AT&T issue, does anyone know whether the fate of the RSNs is at stake in these talks? Furthermore, as DIRECTV customer, I know where they can possibly place the Cubs' Marquee channel, Channel 666.
  7. NHL begins on Wednesday night, will we new graphics at that time?
  8. The 2019 MLB Regular Season has concluded. What will the RSN landscape look like when the Boys of Summer take the field again on March 26, 2020?
  9. I believe WSVN has been more successful as a FOX station then it was with NBC way back when. Furthermore, I've always wondered whether FOX will attempt to purchase Sunbeam Television when Mr. Ansin passes on.
  10. Meanwhile in OKC, KOKH is to have the Texas Tech-Oklahoma CFB game on Saturday. ICYMI: AT&T & Sinclair, through it's recent acquisition of Fox Sports Oklahoma, among others, are sponsors of OU Athletics. AT&T needs Sinclair just as much as they need Disney!
  11. That would mean that the Nexstar acquisition stations would get their new looks in Q1 2020 All I wonder now is when WZDX, WOI, and WATN will get their non-Nexstar domain names.
  12. In your Oklahoma Sooner example. I can see that being delegated to KOKH/KOCB with an expanded Sports Department.
  13. As for overflow Fox Sports programming on the RSNs, those can possibly move to Fox Business when the markets are closed, similar to CNBC. Do we really need TWO Fox news channels to report right wing propaganda, they have Fox Nation. Besides, Trump's tweets speak for themselves.
  14. At least Sinclair has the Cubs, Yankees, and the other RSN's they just acquired for formed. With more possibly coming.
  15. Hurricane Dorian & Football morning must’ve put them over the edge.
  16. Look at the shoes KFOR Chief Meteorologist Mike Morgan wore while presenting Oklahoma weather Wednesday night!
  17. In addition to the Susan Collins Senate race in Maine, there's a Senate race in New Hampshire where Jeanne Shaheen will be seeking re-election to a third term.
  18. I'm waiting to see what they possibly have in store for KXII as their graphics are still presented in the 4:3 safe area on the screen.
  19. "House Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) and Congresswoman Anna G. Eshoo (D-Calif.) today introduced the Modern Television Act of 2019, a bill to repeal outdated regulations of the 1992 Cable Act, including retransmission consent and compulsory copyright license, to increase competition in the TV marketplace and to better address perennial broadcast TV blackouts." The only questions would be: Should it pass the House, will it die on Senator Mich McConnell's desk? Would it have the support of "Dear Leader?"
  20. Here are some dates to watch as to when we can possibly see movement on these current squabbles: August 1: NFL Preseason starts August 24: College Football starts September 5: NFL Regular Season starts
  21. Suggestion to Gray: Since their new upcoming NBC affiliates, KMNF & WWPI, are taking over for out-of-market Tegna stations, KARE & WLBZ, Gray should obtain permission from Tegna to present KARE 11 News & News Center Maine on these new channels even if it's only during a transition period.
  22. At this time, nobody can bring a locally based NBC outlet to Alpena as WBKB is the only stick based in that market and their spectrum is already full with CBS, FOX, and ABC. No CW either.
  23. This will leave NBC with only THREE markets without an in market outlet, two of which can be rectified by Gray: DMA 175 Harrisonburg, VA* - Served by translators of soon to be Gray owned WVIR DMA 206 Presque Isle, ME* - Served on cable by Tegna's News Center Maine operation via WLBZ DMA 208 Alpena, MI - Served on cable by Sinclair's Up North Live operation via WPBN *Gray Markets
  24. Website updates: WANE KSNW WWLP KXMB WCMH WPRI
