They ended with a long zoom out of the outside of the studio and the extended theme. If anyone has it recorded and can post it was pretty cool. New set debuts at 6pm tomorrow

Kirstin Cole is stepping away from weekends anchoring and going back to weekday AM reporting. Wonder who the replacement will be

Michelle was off Sunday morning, Toni anchored with Pedro. A few weeks ago when Pedro was on vacation we saw Chantee Lans and Janice Yu with Michelle so potentially trying pairs again (yes I know they’ve all anchored together in the past) but if a move is coming maybe testing. Also note that with rehearsals going on over on the new set this afternoon/evening they had Joe and Tanya anchoring at 5. Sandra anchored 6 solo

I have not seen Lonnie at 6. He’s been doing the 5 and 11. I’ve seen John and Vanessa at 6.

That’s what it seems. It also looks like when Dick fills in he does the 8pm. Yesterday Jessica did the noon with Cindy covering Adams. I’m not sure if Dick does the 11 but I’ll assume Jessica does not.

If I recall correctly last time she was out she did the same thing for a few weeks. Glad she’s back.

Looking on Alice Gainer’s Facebook she posted about Maurice on his last day, someone commented asking who the replacement is and she replied no decision has been made yet. It seems the main contenders are Dick and Jessica. I’m a little surprised we haven’t seen Alice or Doug more in the run but I guess we’ll see. Maybe a Chris and Kristine reunion lol

One of the anchors (forget who) put on social media a few weeks ago that they are moving this month so I guess we will see pretty soon. Let’s hope they do it right

It seems that Lonnie will do the 5 but not the 6? Lonnie was on at 5:00 but John Elliot doing the 6:00.

I noticed that was the first thing Maurice said. They seemed to want to make it a point and emphasize that the broadcast would be dedicated to covering the crash .

99.99% of what he posts is negative about something. Lord knows who actually said what. Most of the feedback seems to be positive. It's a different approach and it stands out. Will there be changes and adjustments? Im sure there will be. But it stands out from the rest and that is what they're going for

Jessica Moore and Krisitine Johnson are anchoring again tonight. I think they are still testing pairs, but again who knows. Jessica and Dick seem to be the main candidates. If it was definitely Allen Devlin why wouldn't he be on tonight?

I was thinking the same thing. He’s barely anchored I was expecting to see much more of him during the last few weeks. It does seem they’re testing the two pairs you mentioned and nothing is actually set 100% yet. I wonder if they’ll try others as well? I also wonder if Maurice will be on to say goodbye and stuff?

So today Tanya Rivero and Shirleen anchored this morning. Bill and Sandra on at 5.. Bill solo at 6. Mike reported for the 5. I was surprised to see him reporting over anchoring. Guess it’s the way of “easing” in. It’s been asked but is there a date of when the moves happen?
