Jess 1115 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 [yt]iTY5EKN6bzM[/yt] My god, how much did that cost? Best one was last year which ran in like market 137 or something for Old Milwaukee with Will Ferrell: [yt]YjzesjojNhA[/yt]

Interesting that the CBS station picked up on the story..... Here's the ad....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucWlVriq6NQ And after viewing his YouTube Channel....it looks like he has a thing for ripping off liquor ads as evidenced in this drunk driving spot....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Mpuoc9scbY
sanewsguy 514 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Meanwhile, here in S.A. HEB (the major supermarket chain for much of the central and southern half of Texas) made their seventh Super Bowl appearance with this commercial. Troy Aikman makes a cameo appearance too. [yt]k9YShHkvQB8[/yt] Their Super Bowl commercials are pretty well produced and they go all out on them. I make the assumption Abilene, San Angelo, Austin, the RGV, Waco/Bryan, Midland/Odessa, Victoria, Corpus Christi, and Houston got the ad as well. BTW I've tried that bacon jam before. It's pretty gross lol. There was also a car dealer commercial advertising a "Big Game Sale" but it wasn't anything special, it was already in rotation. The rest of the local commercials were ones already airing locally and nothing special. http://www.wkrg.com/story/24624067/local-attorney-in-spotlight-after-super-bowl-ad Mobile-Pensacola had one of their attorneys buy up some time as well. Far better than any attorney commercials we get here for sure. As for WKRG doing a story on the ad, guessing it was a slow news day. And he's probably a WKRG advertiser; that story was basically free advertising, fishy...
Big Country News 435 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 HEB (the major supermarket chain for much of the central and southern half of Texas) HEB is basically our Tim Horton's.
