MichiganNewsGraphicsJunkie 947 Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 But it's not Enforcer, it's that cruddy CBS Local theme by Stephen Arnold Music... http://www.southernmedia-nmsa.com/#3,1,1783 Thanks.. Didn't know there was a variation of that.
RGSJenkins 435 Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 That announcer is hideous. And so is the logo. And the slogan. And the set. And coming straight out of the network news they lead with a national CNN package that repeats something viewers just saw? And they wonder why they're struggling in the ratings. It's gonna take a lot more than hiring a new GM and ND to right this ship, Raycom. I guess you don't want to see the 10 day forecast then.
newsn8te 202 Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I know it's almost a month old but here's the KFDA open (courtesy of our own Pine Belt media) I like the Raycom/Limerick graphics and the old WPEC graphics, but I'm not feeling the combining them both into one package look.
Rusty Muck 4398 Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 But it's not Enforcer, it's that cruddy CBS Local theme by Stephen Arnold Music... http://www.southernmedia-nmsa.com/#3,1,1783 Thanks.. Didn't know there was a variation of that. WOIO wound up using it as a replacement for Enforcer when Raycom dumped Gari music group-wide. It didn't sound good at all.
NWA_TV_guy 156 Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 KSWO debuted the new graphics today at 4 p.m. Here is the open and closing from the 10 p.m. newscast.

KnoxvilleTVFan 286 Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 WTNZ in Knoxville has the new Raycom graphics, but are used only for the news and weather opens. Since WBIR produces the news for WTNZ, they use WBIR's Tegna graphics which includes their lower thirds.
atlnews2 592 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 WTXL is using the Raycom graphics. But they still haven't updated their website. http://www.wtxl.com/news/states-reporting-high-flu-activity/article_18d090ee-0580-11e8-83b8-7fa8aa49a0b4.html
nathannah 2496 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 KAUZ has debuted the new graphics: Can someone please head to Kinko's and print them out a new duratrans, please? They're still using a logo on that they abandoned ten years ago!
RGSJenkins 435 Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Can someone please head to Kinko's and print them out a new duratrans, please? They're still using a logo on that they abandoned ten years ago! It's now FedEx Office now, and the nearest one is 2 miles away from their studio.

Big Country News 435 Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 That first part of the open is extremely awkward without anything.
atlnews2 592 Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 That first part of the open is extremely awkward without anything. You'd think they would at least put the word "live" at the first part to make it look less awkward
newsn8te 202 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 I agree. It looks really weird without any slogan there. At least they got their call letters right unlike a few graphic packages ago.
Conrad 113 Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 WTXL is also now using Inergy, meaning it wouldn't change if Scripps bought them, unless Scripps were to get new music soon. Only WWSB is left.
NEOMatrix 1307 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 Meanwhile in Cleveland: I hope it’s the graphics machine on the fritz. If it’s another mutation I’m going to puke. Edit: It’s not bad, actually. Just getting some getting used to.
