Klavika, or something resembling it.

It's actually a custom typeface created by Troika, which originated from the font currently used by Time Warner Cable Sportsnet channels in Los Angeles.

Do Chinese and Japanese characters come in different fonts?

 

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Many glyphs will be "unified" across Chinese, Japanese and Korean (which is where the abbreviation CJK comes from).
