For the first time in what seems like forever, WLUK will be getting a new studio this summer.

 

For now, they're in a temporary place inside the building.

Back to the conference room (which I remember from the last time, 2011-ish).

 

Hopefully they'll be able to keep Aerial and not have to be stuck with an entire Sinclairization; at least they got a good life out of their LIN-era set.

Just unveiled it and it's a larger version of the usual SInclair set, and Aerial remains, though the main desk background is an incredibly blurry GB skyline shot that looks terrible onscreen.

Well, at least it’s not the small, small market Sinclair set. The one with all the brick, a 50”

or 60” screen or two, and a dull background behind the anchor. Cough, cough - KVAL/KMTR, KIMA, KEPR, KLEW (canceled), KRCR, KBAK, etc.

Geez they shafted KEYE. All these other Sinclair sets, while not spectacular, look immensely better.
