This is the wrong place for this question, but I don't know where else to put it... Are the ads for the FOX Sports app managed by the local FOX affiliate? I need to know who to complain to, because the FOX UFL games are better picture quality in the FOX Sports app. Our local FOX affiliate is Sinclair and I keep getting the same four ads for Full Measure (featuring the 15th anniversary of 9/11), The American Sports Network (now defunct), Tennis Channel, and an old season of So You Think You Can Dance.

The lower thirds look like it should be called "CNN Mornings." Especially when there's breaking news and the orange turns red. Also, my local affiliate still has the wrong time zone and wrong weather on the ticker.

I re-listened a few times and agree it's not the same voiceover artist. I'm not sure if it's the microphones they use, but both voiceovers sound very... flat? Lacking a certain warmth in the quality? Does that make sense?

I want to say it's Peter Dean, who is credited as the voiceover for WEAU in Eau Claire.

They must have changed it back recently. It was still cached on my computer as the old logo, but when I right-clicked, viewed image, and refreshed it changed to the Circle 3.

One has to think it's to split the workload between KPIX / KCBS, so as not to overwhelm the KCBS staff.

It looks like CBSN is running taped programming right now. Isn't "Red and Blue" with Elaine Quijano usually on at this time?

WLUK debuted the new graphics at 5pm today. They kept Aerial as their theme.

I'm not going to lie, part of me was hoping they'd adopt the Sixeme Son "oohs and ahhhs" just to watch the world burn.

I noticed that WLUK has been incorporating other elements of the new graphics package into newscasts. I'm surprised how long it's taken them to get the rest of the package implemented, and I'm curious if they drop Aerial when they do.

I wish HLN would do more non-political news as a contrast to CNN. Or that CNN would stop being so fixated on 24/7 Trump coverage.

WLUK in Green Bay appears to be the next to get the new Sinclair graphics. The weather graphics have been switched over, but the rest of the newscast is unaffected. I'm curious if WLUK will keep Aerial as their theme or if they'll end up with the standard Sinclair music.

This actually won't be terrible in Green Bay. They play again Thursday night on FOX, play again on 10/6 on FOX. After that they're on ESPN*, CBS, NBC, CBS. *Although, WLUK is the home of local Monday Night Football telecasts.

I'm curious what WGBA and WTMJ would do if "The Now" gets axed. Would they just extend the 6:00 news and keep it under the Live at 6/6:30 moniker, or show a completely different program?
