I can't say I consider it an upgrade. But the thing that bothers me the most is the updated "Storm Team 8" logo. They should have kept the text proportions of the previous logo while updating front, or at the bare minimum, adjust the tracking on "TEAM" so that the 'T' lines up with the 'T' above it.

I totally agree.. I knew this was happening behind scenes (I'm good friends with one of the mets) but this totally unimpressed me.

This to me is a huge downgrade given the great custom work the station has had throughout the years to avoid being cookie-cutters. Oh well, that the way the cookie crumbles (no pun intended).

Yes they had some great packages -- but they were beginning to get stale.  Got real tired of the 3D logos and the weather gfx especially were chintzy.  When they switched fonts from Gotham to Roboto, it got dated real fast.
