WAVY 10 Fan 233
After only two episodes, Viva Laughlin has just gotten the ax. Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/2283-boy-that-was-quick/ Share on other sites

tvpirate05 1
The most over-hyped shows always get canceled first. Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/2283-boy-that-was-quick/#findComment-22174 Share on other sites

WAVY 10 Fan 233
Or Anchorwoman. That was what...1 episode. As for Viva Laughlin; the moral of this story is this: Musical television works occasionally for one episode, or a movie or series of movies (ex.: High School Musical series). Musical television as the whole series, not so much (Can you say "Cop Rock"?) Vlad 325
What about Emily's Reasons Why Not, last year, its not uncommon for shows to get canceled after one episode, some have been known to cancel even while its on the air, lol. I know "The Rich List" was cancelled after 1 episode, also "Who's Your Daddy" was axed, and the funniest show to be cancelled was "You're in the Picture" with Jackie Gleason. On the second show, he apologize for the first show and said "You don't have to be Alexander Graham Bell to pick up a telephone and know it's dead." and even said this about the show: "laid, without a doubt, the biggest bomb in history...This would make the H-Bomb look like a two-inch salute." The show "You're in the Picture" (the 2 episodes) can be seen at www.pageofclips.com. Just type in "You're in the Picture" Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/2283-boy-that-was-quick/#findComment-22338 Share on other sites
