The Philippines' ABS-CBN's English newscast The World Tonight reports on the launch of ABS-CBN TV plus (their own brand of digital TV receivers, similar to Freeview):

They also have their own DTT-exclusive channels.

Some info about ABS-CBN TV plus:

In 2012, they had a digital TV receiver named TV+: http://dtvpilipinas.blogspot.com/2012/03/abs-cbn-gives-name-to-dtv-digibox.html

ABS-CBN revealed their own digital TV-only channels in 2011 (not their cable TV channels): http://dtvpilipinas.blogspot.com/2011/09/exclusive-abs-cbn-digital-tv-channels.html

Found this documentary from Anglia ITV, back before generic branding, from 1998, about how their news operation functioned:

I watched some of them but without sound. I remember when I was a child on my TV channel there's another documentary which is also about Anglia ITV news operations and used for an English-language teaching program (produced by WDR of Germany), produced around the same time when the documentary was produced. The documentary also featured architect Norman Foster where there is an except featured where the architect was interviewed by Anglia.
