Well I guess NRJ will add The Works subchannel for KFWD. Will KUQI get new website?

Maury used to be a normal talk show until it turned into Povich's Paternity Test Palooza!

So was Sally Jessy Raphael. And believe it or not, Jerry Springer was a normal talk show the first two seasons (with low ratings) before the format/theme change.

The bigger question is ... will KUQI get a news department of its very own? Or at least partner with another Corpus Christi station -- or a nearby Sinclair station, such as KGBT in Harlingen -- to finally put a 9 p.m. newscast on the air?

And Comet TV (though, my TV can't add KFWD to its channel list for some reason) At some point, yes

Viewers don't like the 4 people at one desk, too distracting especially when serious news is happening, if anything Today show is going back to the old format when it was just two people are one desk during the first half hour. To get the news out, you don't need four people and I bet viewers got tired of the joking in the beginning.

What I'm about to list is local newscasts debuting in January. What you already know: WPIX 11's new 6:30pm news debuting January 11th. WCVB 5's new 4:30 and 7:00pm news debuting January 11th. Latino's can speak English too; the thing about Hispanics/Latinos is that they have more money, can make more influential changes and as a market, are easier to approach. (ala niche) I also agree that it's flawed as well; I will laugh if they're forced to sell WJZY/WMYT after spending alot of money to get into Charlotte but for now; it works for them if they're smart enough.

CBS Daytime is set. NBC Daytime should not try another talk show again. Nate Berkus, Jeff Probst, Meredith Vieira (much as i like her) should have sent them that message. Let the affiliates use the hour for news or local programming (eg. 4pm) or present something different to the affiliates (soap opera or an hour of games) that would be useful after Days of our lives. It's ABC Daytime that needs some help. This time, Katie and the FAB Life should have sent them the message. Ditto what i said about the hour that can be useful for NBC for ABC, this time before or after GH. Would at least bringing back OLTL (which had decent ratings unlike AMC prior to cancellation) or creating a new soap hurt that much, regardless of economics?
