  1. Just because something shows up on someone's demo reel or portfolio does not mean they created the entire thing from scratch. If there was some "rule" that you could only include stuff you made 100%, nobody would be able to get a job.

  2. So... They're going to "make it different from other morning programs" by adding more giant video walls just like one morning program (Today), and moving to the same neighborhood as another (GMA).

  4. Agreed about the stretching. I think more stations should move away from the practice of having early morning anchors also do the noon newscast. That's honestly a crazy schedule from about 3:30 am to after 1pm (for anyone working in or out of media).

WYFF weekday morning anchor Geoff Hart announced that he has been diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease and will not be returning to the station (effectively announcing his retirement from broadcasting). Hart has been with the station since 1993, serving as sports director before transferring to the news side in 2011 as anchor of WYFF News 4 Today. He had been on medical leave from the station since December.
