  1. CNN needs a graphics overhaul badly. That looks horrible.

  2. They can forget to take Hot Wheels ads out of a Hot Wheels show, but they'll never forget to keep KDNL out of the ABC affiliation renewals. (not that it makes a difference now since the alternative is Nexstar)

  3. Some free advice to CBS O&O stations- when getting the new mic flags with the CBS News [city] on them, go for the three-sided one so people have a shot of actually reading what it says. its CBS Los Angeles by the way.

  7. Chris Welch in "The 6 O'Clock News". I don't know if it's going to be permanent, I'd prefer Teresa.

  8. As long as dumb companies keep putting their stupid money into sports gambling efforts (even as Fubo tapped out and Gannett's Tipico partnership bombed) and Bally needs stuff to air without paying Jimmy Hanlin and Natalie Gulbis to show off Putt-Putt courses, Stadium will be fine.

  13. Good point, the last thing the stations need is for more people to see them screw up. That one KSAZ issue could send Arizona’s election into a tailspin just because of all the craziness surrounding it.

  15. Here we go again the speculation 5000 on Channel 46 and CBS. Nothing not happening and ANF is going to be just like Clear News here today gone tomorrow. This is so stupid honestly. The brand has been CBS46 and should of stayed CBS46 ANF could of come into play. At this points CBS is moving to Channel 17- here you now go run with that. SMH

  16. I was happy that Nexstar likes Walker & it's spinoff, Kung FU, Superman & Lois. I hope they keep Stargirl, All American, Nancy Drew as Nancy & her Drew Crew have more story to tell. I don't see Fox having a problem with Nexstar owning The CW in my opinion they will get a deal done whenever Nexstar has to renew with Fox.

  21. A sad loss for the NBC Universal family as Gerardo "Jerry" Valdez, the VP of News at Telemundo Houston KTMD-TV 47 passed away following his battle with cancer. 22. A dark, gloomy Halloween...access to my Internet Archive channel was disabled this morning. Looks like the VHS hobby is going on an even-longer hiatus than I thought. Unfortunately, my hobby may even end without any new videos uploaded. AVTB seems to be OK for now.

  23. I believe Spectrum does have both in Muskingum, I don't know if WHIZ blacks out the duplicate content on WCMH though. For all intents and purposes, WTTE itself can likely remain, because it is no longer affiliated with FOX 28, because of the end-around Sinclair pulled to put "FOX 28" on WSYX 6.3, and directly under Sinclair's control instead of longtime shell partner Cunningham, who now runs WTTE themselves as a repository of sub channels with little involvement of Sinclair. FOX is pretty quick about pulling duplicate affiliations in many other markets, especially when a local affiliate signs on for the first time. This means that viewers in Muskingum County will get the new WHIZ affiliate, while all the other surrounding counties in the Columbus DMA will still get WSYX 6.3...aka "FOX 28" WHIZ (NBC) has a lot of cable coverage in the surrounding counties, but the new FOX arrangement likely won't transfer, unless they start local news casts and/or black out the FOX content outside of Muskingum County. Muskingum County will still get WSYX 6.1 "ABC 6", which means they'll still have the same newscasts they got on Fox 28, since Sinclair uses the same news department to make news for both stations.
