Former WNBC anchor Sibila Vargas has turned up in South Carolina, as morning anchor for WSPA, the Nexstar owned CBS affiliate. She had left NYC to move with her husband to North Carolina.3 points

Ok, a bunch of WBNS from 1994 with the "tomato 10" logo and that hypnotic techno news theme. Notice the "time lapse" animation on the bumpers (i.e. 18:22)-they were big into that during this 1993-96 era. Check ouf the close at 19:10 and another open following that. Alas, it's pretty crappy VHS quality::1 point

It's weird that the "Nowhere Else" image campaign is obscure, when it was the basis for a First News package update. Actually, wasn't there a copyright and/or performing-rights registration for "Nowhere Else News"? Was it ever actually syndicated as such before being rolled into First News? Any industry old-timers like promoguy98 possibly recall?1 point
