  1. I think it’s amazing and great that they got Sam back but I wonder how Jeff and Amy feel about being passed over for promotions. Jeff, especially, who has been on weekends and filling in on weekdays for 12 years.

  7. Putting this here because this update from "CKND Sports Line" from May 20, 1993, is slightly more interesting than "typical Canadian sports show update". The monitors in the background on the right show CBS Newsnet and NBC News Channel feeds! Ron Futrell put up some more stuff including these clips from his Yakima days...

  8. Checked out the newscasts yesterday. Nicole Baker (morning anchor) was filling in at 5pm, and Rick Ritter was filling in at 11pm. Was surprised to see two male co-anchors at 11pm.
