  1. My goodness, these are terrible.
  2. Pretty nice. Definitely feels like LA. However, I thought the stairs to nowhere trend was dead.
  3. Would be helpful to add a link: https://www.cbsnews.com/baltimore/news/wjz-launches-new-technology-driven-arvr-studio-virtual-reality/
  4. I mean, it works.
  5. I'm so glad for her. She's a great talent.
  6. Those are monitors.
  7. Not terrible at all, but why would they use seamless video screens, then monitors in the background?
  8. Agreed. I just don't think WLS is aching for an overhaul. Maybe a mild refresh, which is what a video screen is.
  9. I don't think they need to change their set. I think it holds up pretty well.
  10. I guess I'm an outlier, but I like this set a lot. It is cavernous, but I think there are a lot of retro nods. More set pieces might be a good thing, though. About the floor: is it "real"? It looks like it wants to be wood, but is way too glossy for that. Is it a massive screen?
  11. All this is fair, except this is an FX Group set. I still insist that it looks bland and fugly.
  12. It's not about money, as I said the tech is there. It's bland, lifeless set.
  13. I'm glad it says that they are in HD. I was worried for a bit.
  14. Nah, this is a pretty terrible set and a downgrade from the previous one. Better technology? Yes. But at the sacrifice of fugliness.
  15. Don't care what anyone says, or how good they try to make it. Full VR sets are really lame.
