  1. WFLD is still on the air because of some police shooting they had impressive team coverage
  2. I honestly do not like Scott keep him on weekends. GIVE LARRY OR COREY THE LEAD SPOT THEY DESERVE
  3. They also got new mic covers similar to WCBSs
  4. WBBM debuted the new CBS O&O graphics today.
  5. Because during 2009 and early 2010 whrn Rob was solo they had a solid #2 for 10pm ratings
  6. If this does happen WLS will be tge next WBBM because i cant not stand Cheryl Scott. Things can do a 360 really quickly. I remember WBBM use to be a player in the 10pm race acouplr years ago they eent from secong to last very quickly. And to top it all off Ron is gone from WLS i think will see their ratings slip very soon
  7. WBBMs 10pm news gets worst evert time i watch. If they keep messing around WFLDs going to do a 10pm newscast with the same concept they have at 5, and as for WBBMs newsroom its looks really good during the day and just okay at night
  8. Hell with WLS making dumb moves like this. WGN having a snore fest at 10pm. WBBM I cant even explain(they should go back to Rob being solo) WMAQ is going to be a solid number one. And things can go downhill for WLS they better be careful.
  9. Skilling Miller and Baskerville deliver a way better forecasr. WLS is making a huge mistake they'll pay for it in the ratings. Bill Bellis at WFLD is wayy better than Cheryl Scott,so is Strehl and Souza and god whoever made the decision to let Caplan go for her should be fired
  10. The 7pm newscast on channel 26 is still on cough cough garbage cough WFLD 3 years ago cough
  11. They know what to do now because of Salamone and they have seen a slight ratings increase because of it if management is not stupid they will keep the same concepts for Good Day,and keep the new night EP as long as they can.
  12. Im curious to see WFLD's 5pm news ratings are they beating WBBM?
  13. I would probably watch WBBM again if Rob went solo. I dont really have a problem with Ikria ( i know i spelled that wrong), or even Kate when she was there. I just dont think none of them have made a good anchor team.
  14. CBS dosent make the best sets i actually think there last on the O&O pole
  15. And i realize thats not what they were airing last night but they wont break in either way
  16. And the city could be on fire before WBBM decides to break in during NCIS.
  17. I actually prefer Rob by himself they made some small improvements to the set
  18. My question isnt that hard to understand. Which station WBBM or WFLD is more reluctant ( meaning doesnt want to do something) to break in during programming for severe weather coverage.
  19. Question WBBM OR WFLD which one is more relucant to break in during primetime my vote is WBBM but WFLD doesnt always beat them to the punch lately they have though
  20. SIDE NOTE: After WBBM went off they had to re air Big Brother that night. Every other station either delayed it to early Saturday or didnt air it at all
  21. There was a storm whenever the season premier of Big Brother was and there was severe weather a tornado watch every station WLS WMAQ WGN AND WFLD... WFLD was on way before them even though WFLD has showing improvement they are usually the last one to break in they beat WBBM TO THE PUNCH. And after WBBM was on and they went off at the usual time at 10:34. WFLD lasted til almost 11 WGN 11 WLS 12:05 and WMAQ 12:10 am. Point being :WBBM does not like breaking in during primrtime
  22. Another observation WBBM IS VERY RELUCTANT to break in during primetime programming. They did break in that one time but CBS made them re air the entire primetime lineup after that maybe thats why their so reluctant.
  23. Ed could come in even though he probably worked this morning at WBBM. Where is Tammie Souza? Storm Chasing?
