  1. Ok so then it's 7 News Sunday Morning from 8-11am then FOX NFL Kickoff at 11am ET and FOX NFL Sunday at Noon ET
  2. Griffin being sold to TEGNA as well as Hubbard Broadcasting (minus KSTP/KSTC and their satellite stations) makes sense in my opinion.
  3. So what happens to Fox News Sunday, Fox NFL Kickoff and Fox NFL Sunday? Will they get preempted because of that?
  4. Yeah it's a slow process because they have to get out of the Journal systems and onto the new Scripps systems. That takes some time.
  5. I like it. Looks like the same graphics package the rest of the Scripps stations use.
  6. Wait they're still using the Former Hearst mandate theme song for the Schedule graphics?
  7. I'd love to see Graham stations being sold to Hearst the only stations that won't go to Hearst is WKMG since how they already own WESH/WKCF now as far as KSAT is concerned if they want to keep KSAT they could take a page out of what Gannett/Tegna did when they bought The Arizona Republic now would the FCC be ok with that idea? Not sure about that one if not I could see Scripps buy KSAT. KPRC, WDIV and WJXT makes sense because it gives those stations an option to simulcast Texans, Lions or Jaguars games when they air on ESPN Monday Night Football (since how Hearst owns 20% of the network) yes they may not be affiliated with ABC but look at WDSU and WBAL as an example. Even though they're affiliates of NBC instead of ABC they still simulcast Ravens and Saints games when they make an ESPN Monday Night Football appearance why? Because Hearst owns a minority stake in ESPN therefore giving those stations, WISN among other stations in NFL Markets that Hearst owns the right to simulcast MNF games involving their team/teams if they want to they don't have to simulcast if they don't want to.
  8. Who knows when they do V/Os they might say "Celebrating 60 years of News Leadership."
  9. I wonder when's KOCO going to get into the 4am Early Morning News game if ever? I know KFOR and KWTV starts their morning news at 4am while KOKH is the only OKC station to start their morning news at 5am.
  10. I guess it's one of those shows that if you're owned by Scripps you have to air all of the shows created by the company. So it's not surprising to me that KGTV is jumping into the 4pm News game.
  11. I though KTBC/Austin had always aired Cowboys games? They're the sister station to KDFW/Dallas and yet they (KTBC/Austin) doesn't show Cowboys games? I could understand why they don't show Texans games because they're an AFC team (CBS has the AFC package) but not showing Cowboys game? Inexcusable on their part.
  12. Well the Rangers beat the Orioles 4-1 tonight. Great job guys.
