TBN is countersuing, claiming among other things that Dr. Phil Primetime isn't the continuation of the syndicated series that McGraw supposedly promised would air on the channel. (An interesting point, given that Primetime was much more politics-oriented than the lifestyle-focused syndie program; Wikipedia considers them separate shows.)

It looks like this will have all the current in-season program episodes available to cable/vMVPD customers who have a Fox station in their packages that get loaded on Fox dot com the exact minute linear TV broadcasts begin (yes, shared with Hulu the next day), and live feeds of Fox stations as well. -

The House just passed the Senate's amended version of the bill, sending it to Trump's desk. Trump pledged to try to fund money for tribal radio stations as part of the Senate approval. -
