Yeah, Jess did a preview of the 5p show sometime around 4:35p.
-
Watching the 4p and Natasha is anchoring solo. She got the trivia question right and mentioned it was her second one in a row; they only do one per day so she has to have been talking about yesterday. However, Ukee and Jess were on when I watched last night at 10p. Maybe she's anchoring solo until Lewis joins her on the show?
ETA: Jessica's Twitter bio says "Up late on @CBSPhilly 5/6/10 & 11PM". Don't know if she hasn't updated it since Natasha and Alex left the 4p show or if I'm right and Lewis/Brown is the new anchor pairing at 4.

The one thing I've long had a problem with on 3 is them using way too few anchor pairs for a schedule that newscast heavy. I mean, Ukee and Jessica do the 5, 6, 10, and 11 - that's a lot and it would be nice to give one or two of those slots to another pairing.
They do the 4 too. I definitely agree with you - right now, there are only two anchor teams the entire day.

Incoming Anchor Alert- per the Chicago board, Siafa Lewis is coming in from the NBC affiliate in Chi-town. While at WMAQ he was their main sports anchor and weekend AM anchor, this article explicitly states he's coming in as a weekday anchor.
Interesting. Anchoring at 4p with Natasha was my first thought, but something else he could do is anchor the noon. I don't know if he would do it solo, with Natasha, or another reporter (maybe Kerri Corrado), but it would be a good start and it would relieve Jim and Janelle of having to work so long.

Interesting fill in - Gray Hall is in for Rick Williams at 5p.

In that reel, did I hear a three-note version of the four-note jingle from the 2000's? Has that been used on-air?
Yeah, It's used as a generic theme. I saw it on The Wonder Years.

Health reporter Ali Gorman is leaving Action News.

Jim has been off this week.

WTXF will be airing Nick at noon, which will keep The Real in its 11a slot. Judge Judy moves to 1p, and 25WOL gets only one daytime run at 1:30p.

Adam Joseph is on at noon today.

Karen Rogers is officially the new meteorologist for Action News Mornings. https://6abc.com/karen-rogers-6abc-action-news-mornings-meteorologist-matt-odonnell/11019541/

Like I've said before WPSG got a double run of it at 6a. They also have Scene of the Crime and Forensic Justice airing in the 7a slot; the four shows replace infomercials. I have no idea what any of them are, except for Balancing Act (a Lifetime morning show).
-
How do they have a jump on Days? Y&R starts at 12:30p, Days starts at noon.
EDIT: Nevermind. Forgot Days airs at 1p in most cities.

I don't like this. Move Young & The Restless to 1 PM and move Bold & The Beautiful to Pittsburgh's CW. that would have been better then this split plan. Both WTAE and WPXI have full hour long news on 1 channel. this is a sad move to "Compete" with that. You also could move the entire 12 PM Newscast to Pittsburgh's CW as well and do another syndication show in the noon position like Hot Bench or something else. Another Idea is put Bold & The Beautiful at 12 PM on KDKA.
They're a CBS O&O. I don't think they would do that.

Not in Philadelphia. WFMZ is airing it Sunday mornings at 1:30a and 4a; I thought WPSG aired it on weekends, too, but I guess they got rid of that.
Also - are NCIS and NCIS: NO leaving syndication? Currently, they air Saturday from 8p to 10p on WPSG, and Sunday from 12:05a to 2:05a on KYW, but those runs will be replaced with CW Primetime, SEAL Team, and Bull, respectively.
Why the laughing reaction? What's funny? Lol.

The NBC O&O's are moving her to Ellen's 3p slot in 2022, so I'm not sure.
Speaking of that - what's going to air in the 2p slot on the O&O's? I think there were plans for a Tiffany Haddish talk show.

The other two NEED to have the same style ticker WITH their stations’ logos included. No excuses.
Why? The previous design didn't (I don't think). Although it's better to have a ticker, I personally think it looks better without one.

Lauren Casey did weather yesterday for the AM and evening newscasts, as well as tonight’s news; chief meteorologist Kate Bilo appeared this morning, interestingly.

WPSG will get MacGyver Saturdays at 5p starting the 18th. Major Crimes moves to 4p, pushing Monk to Sunday at 5p only.
WPHL gets S.W.A.T. Saturdays at 3p and Sundays at 1a. Currently, a movie airs from 2p to 4:30p Saturdays, so I don't know how that schedule will change; the 1a run replaces Cheaters.
Bull will air twice on Sundays; 1:05a on KYW (replacing NCIS: New Orleans... don't know where that moves, but it already airs Saturdays at 9p on WPSG), and 6p on WPSG (replaces infomercials; filler since Millionaire has left syndication).
SEAL Team also airs twice; Saturdays at 6p on WPSG (also replaces infomercials) and Sunday at 12:05a on KYW (replaces NCIS; again, I don't know where this moves... although WPSG also airs it, they run it Saturday nights so eventually it will have to move).
No clearance for The Good Doctor.

It's Kamer, guys. Only one "r".
I have seen it spelled both ways (not denying you, because I know you are right). I assumed it was Kramer since that's a more common last name than Kamer. I fixed my post. Thanks for the correction.
