See: http://cwdetroit.cbslocal.com/ http://cwatlanta.cbslocal.com/ http://www.cwbayarea.com/ (Harder to tell, but they use the same style footer, and what looks like the exact same horizontal border between the header and navigation bar, and content. It doesn't even look like it is customized for each city, but a generic big-city skyline. I can tell, since DC really doesn't have a skyline to speak of.) The web address is deluged by complaints from the public saying how no one can find anything they're looking for. Even the people from within think its a horror. The radio division takes phone calls everyday from listeners asking where to find a story that they have been sent to for more information. The desk assistants waste more time on calls like that than getting their work done. One of the biggest complaints from each division is they have no control over the content. It's like it all has to emanate from this one massive clearinghouse. Like one of the people said, it's confusing and I wish that there was more video content for the news stories. I wish it was all separate again because this combining of TV and Radio stations on one website is one big Epic Fail, especially with the CBS New York site.
