Odd how you settle on someone and publicly admit they're inexperienced so they have to bring in a news vet to pull the puppet strings.. Also Barmash talks about a ratings surge. Not one show has cracked a 1.0 average for an entire month. Maybe theres still many internal problems known in the industry keeping qualified people from applying. Regarding the experinced ND, maybe they can't get one cause the station is afraid of a revolt due to that "ND" Bill carey who only like aimed for a .5 ratings increase with the more in less time format?
