Check THIS out! This was KARE 11's take on NBC's "Let's All Be There" promo from the 1985-86 season. NBC affiliates often request localized promo versions with the same musical arrangement, but KARE 11 created a unique arrangement that differs significantly from the standard version used for localized network promos.

NOTES: Channel 11 was WUSA for one year before it moved to its rightful place, Washington DC on CBS affiliate Channel 9. WUSA in Washington also signed on July 4th in 1986, as did Channel 11 Twin Cities in 1985. Now, KUSA in Denver AND WUSA in Washington DC are on Channel 9. Still under the ownership of Gannett (now Tegna)

The Super Bowl Today for Super Bowl XVI between the San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals (strongly dislike when the NFL makes you see such things directly on YouTube)

And unfortunately the ban hammer got dropped on this channel. I need to start saving these videos! He had a bunch of older Super Bowl Pregames on his channel!

What channel was it, one of the Pannoni channels or someone else?

It wasn’t a Pannoni channel but I cannot remember it for the life of me. All of a sudden I had a bunch of gray boxes on my YT favorites on my TV. I’ll find it and edit this.

CBS broadcast of 1985 NBA Finals (then World Championship) Game 4, from the old Forum in Inglewood, CA, from WJBK Channel 2 in Detroit, when that was CBS in the Motor City (has more than Warner Bros.' Lakers 1985 Return to Glory DVD had, much more [commercials, At The Half, CBS Newsbreak, full closing credits, you name it]).

For years upon years upon years, YouTube has had clips of Richard Dawson's last episode of Family Feud from 1985, though the quality was never great, and it wasn't the full final episode. Clips and moments here and there, but not the episode in full... until now.

Buzzr uploaded it days ago. This included his heartfelt final speech towards the end of the episode.

Original Air Date: June 14th, 1985 on ABC.
Upload Date: November 5th, 2025 by Buzzr.

Something I wildly stumbled upon. A preview video of then-new Florida Regional Sports Network, Sunshine Network. Launched in March 1988 before any of the non-NFL Florida pro teams started playing on the network.

We will never see television like this again now that Colbert is done. Its the first twenty or so minutes of The Late Show from a rerun that aired on July 29th, 2003.

  • Recorded via WTSP St. Petersburg/Tampa.
  • Dave is being Dave with his usual monologue and funny punchline jokes.
  • An old Goodwrench commercial featuring Stephen Colbert, the alter ego of Stephen Colbert.
  • A promo from WTSP showcasing the Tampa Bay lifestyle and nightlife (WTSP's golden era was during this time, if you ask me).
  • An unsuccessful attempt by Rupert G. (from Hello Deli in NYC) to learn how to waterski, before the video cuts off.

Enjoy!
