Satire alert......

I just found out that WTOK in Meridian is launching a 40 minute newscast beginning at 4:20 every weekday anchored by recently paroled Charlo Greene and.....Larry Blunt!

OK.... That's it for me....you've been great!

WXYZ Meteorologist Chris Edwards is stepping down to fill in status. He joined the station in 2010 and had been at WJBK for 21 years before that. He had spent most of his tenure doing Weekend Mornings and Monday-Tuesday-Friday at Noon.

Maureen is the next one to fall victim to the shitty "retirement" axe at Sinclair. WJLA/NC8 has gone down the toilet since they were purchased by SBG and I honestly won't be surprised if Doug Hill is out next. They already have him reduced to the noon, 4, and 5pm shows, while Steve Rudin handles the 6, 10, and 11pm shows.

Arizona television and radio stations have slated another roadblock program for tomorrow.

For the second time in three years, all the state's stations will air a 30-minute special, this one titled Hooked RX: From Prescription to Addition. It is a sequel to the original Hooked, which aired two years ago as a roadblock in the month of January and focused on heroin. The program, like the original, is co-produced by Cronkite News and the Arizona Broadcasters Association.

The air time is 6:30pm.

There is big news from Today's TMJ4, on March 1st Storm Team 4's John Malan who has been forecasting back in 1980 announced he will be retiring. He was a great meteorologist to everyone who watched his forecast ⛄☀️ Thanks to John and TMJ4.

Longtime WTHR anchor Bruce Kopp has announced he is leaving the station after 34 years. Can't say it's surprising after they gave him the shaft and "demoted" him to Weekend Morning anchor.
