When your network producer doesn't remember their affiliate roster...of course WDRB doesn't brand as Fox 41, but you'd think 'Fox affiliate WX chiefs' would be in Fox Weather's Tweetdeck for sure.

Normally I find a lot of the criticism about Fox Weather to be a little petty, but was kind of surprised having it on this afternoon that I don't believe they were live (during Fox Weather Live of all shows) at all and had no coverage of the tornadic storms blowing through the Washington DC area. Weird.

Do we know why they were not live on a weekday? Were they just airing pre-recorded weather programming from a few hours prior, or...?

Somewhere between 6/3/2025 and 6/8/2025, Kendall Smith was removed from the Fox Weather Personalities page.

 

I can't seem to find any videos featuring her after 6/3/2025.

Nothing on social media either. Thankfully, there is a site called LinkedIn.

 

According to the site, she has indeed left FOX Weather and is now a Territory Manager (whatever that means) for a company called Esperion.

Speaking of personalities, where have Ian Oliver and Steve Bender been? Ian hasn't been seen since doing the Hurricane HQ: Eye on the Season special, and Steve wasn't present last week and now he's still not here for the start of this week.

Another thing I noticed, on a positive note, is that when Haley Meier fills in earlier during the day, they're now having fill-in hosts (notably Ari Sarsalari) fill in on Fox Weather @ Night, rather than skip that program all together.
