Ntropolis 596
Can any local news station do anything other than stuff their studios with oversized poinsettias? Many stations that sponsor Toys For Tots drown their sets in toys. TennTV1983 804
Can any local news station do anything other than stuff their studios with oversized poinsettias? Some stations put a Christmas tree in the background of their sets depending on the amount of space available. Samantha 2895
There is a little Christmas tree in the back of the KSAZ set. Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/6974-christmas-decorations-2010/#findComment-63281 Share on other sites
SFTV 526
KTLA always goes out with fake dry snow, coca cola polar bears, menorah, christmas trees, garland on its set. while its sister station, KSWB's backlot seriously looks like a Christmas Tree Lot with trees everywhere. kinda reminds me of that episode of Friends where they save all the reject trees for Phoebe and its all over Monica's apt lol Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/6974-christmas-decorations-2010/#findComment-63324 Share on other sites
RCA TK47 277
It's an annual TVNT tradition when we feel like it! Post decorated sets here. WVEC: Wow, that's a little overboard for my taste. Way too many plants. It almost looks like their anchoring the news from The Home Depot garden department. Yeah, this is the 2nd year they haven't used those awful, huge wrapped presents they started using in 2006. The smaller, white poinsettias look nice against the overall darker set. gameshowguy2000 1
Well, ever since NBR changed its studio, there haven't been any decorations. (Normally there'd be poinsettias surrounding the monitors behind former co-host Paul Kangas and the newsdesk, which has been removed ever since Tom Hudson came in) Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/6974-christmas-decorations-2010/#findComment-63500 Share on other sites
