  1. Then, they do top story recap at 10:01, and Tom @ Ten (oh three.) This is already about 10x better than last night.

  2. I haven't used iNews and Overdrive together, but I would gather that, assuming Overdrive didn't also fail, Overdrive still needs access to the rundowns, video, and whatnot through iNews/ENPS. On top of that, it would be somewhat difficult for the producer to be able to know what's going on and how to time the show without it. Also, it's stupid to think that one station will be the ratings leader forever. Nothing in this life is forever. And WPVI, despite what many people think, isn't necessarily the untouchable station that it's made out to be. They've had success and will probably continue to be successful for many years to come, but nothing is forever. Plenty of stations once believed to be on the same level have faltered before.

  6. On a weekend, no less! Brian & Sharrie could just have easily have anchored it from their vantage at the WMOF stage, but I guess the background ambient noise would have been distracting.

  7. The Journal graphics need to go. It's not like they're (generally) using something only a year or two old.

  8. Jim Gardner is anchoring the 10pm on WPHL tonight. Something we've never pictured happening is happening.

  9. It's frustrating too that WTVF will be losing Impact V.6 and their really nice package.
