  2. For what it's worth, while MSNBC's ratings may "lag" behind that of CNN US, it is probably because they don't openly air 24 hours of Political WWE matches. Every hour on CNN is a 4x4 screen of "CNN Political Commentators" (aka paid lackeys) shouting over each other. In addition, they seem to have picked the most extreme of the pundits they could find, on both sides. MSNBC, on the other hand seems more nuanced and academic during their panel discussions, as they tend to source in other journalists and opinion writers for their analysis instead of former two-term politicians and campaign chairmen. CNN seems to be looking for the ratings grab at any cost ("The idea that politics is sport is undeniable, and we understood that and approached it that way"), which is what you get when you hire a Network TV executive whose network success thrived on reality television to run your news channel.

  3. A "gender reveal party"??? Wow, I may need to binge watch "Teen Mom OG's" to catch up on all this hip and modern rap that you cats use in today's hip- diddy- bomb crib.

  4. This is a general thread for the Fox O&Os since there isn't one yet... I figured I'd create a thread for Fox due to the continuing developments at Fox News and the O&O station group since the Ailes sexual harassment scandal began in July of 2016. Former O&Os (WJW, WHBQ, WFXT, WDAF, etc.) can also be covered under this thread. You're encouraged to create a new thread for major events such as Fox purchasing or selling a station, a new graphics package being adopted, etc.

  6. WISH-TV meteorologist Randy Ollis announced on Wednesday he has stage one lymphoma. Also, WTHR anchor Scott Swan suffered a health scare that nearly killed him, causing him to lose 50% of his blood. Best wishes to both of them, and hope that they recover soon.

  11. Slight correction but it was actually a gender reveal party baby shower will likely be closer to when the baby arrives. As for that nobody poster they must live a miserable life if all of their posts have a negative tone to them

  12. Wow, the owners of WCFT sure liked that set, because they gave an identical one (with logo changes and the weather center on the opposite side) to their Yuma sister station (WCFT and KYEL were sisters between 1978 and 1990): That WCFT Alumni group where that came from has some good stuff, mostly images but a few videos, including this one:
