  8. I agree, I don't think it's spam. That said, you don't seem to like much, and not every one you've posted is hardly the worst ever. Mediocre and bad doesn't always mean the worst.

  9. Speaking of WLS themes, I stumbled upon this in my VHS stash a few months back. Me and another forum member had NEVER heard this cut of their iconic News Series 2000 Plus theme until I found this. From the fall of 1995... 19951122 alt tease.mp4

  11. Even more interesting on that KJRH tape - there's a cut of Finale used in one of the weather promos.

  12. You've just rebranded your station. It's an expensive rebrand, too: new logo, new set, new anchors, new call letters. But your "Recorded Earlier" late news repeat open...hasn't changed in about two years. With that important comment, I present to you...KNSD in October 1988:

  13. A few years ago, I remember seeing a video of a WPBF newscast from around 2006, and they were still using the camera graphics. But by that time almost all the other Hearst stations were already using the rings graphics. Perhaps WPBF was one of the last stations to receive the updated graphics at the time (most stations continued using the camera graphics into 2005 but got the rings graphics later that same year). WPBF also debuted the floating logo graphics rather late; they were introduced in September 2009 on the same day they rolled out a new set.
