  5. I hope there's different versions for different dayparts like they did with their Look C refresh and their custom Look F.

  6. I made a quick capture of the intro below if anyone's interested. I don't plan to put this on YouTube, someone probably will anyways. They used the full LA Groove intro theme. IMO this is what WNBC should be using too instead of the crappy 4-note sting that doesn't fit Look S... https://streamable.com/bsh9a6

  9. Interesting. So On Balance with Leland Vittert that is debuting today is most likely just keeping the 8pm hour seat warm for Dan. I get with a new network there's going to be a lot of changes but damn it's hard to keep up now with what they're offering.

  10. Two big pieces of NewsNation programming updates revealed today: Adrienne Bankert will anchor the new morning block, "Morning in America", from 7-10 AM EST starting September 27. ABC News Chief Legal Analyst and A&E host Dan Abrams will anchor a new program, "Dan Abrams Live", from 8-9 PM EST starting September 27. Ultimately, this will reduce NewsNation Prime to just 1 hour, from 9-10 PM EST. Abrams will continue to serve as Chief Legal Analyst for ABC News.

  13. The days of just hard, straightforward news is long gone on cable. If you want to find straightforward, balanced news coverage, streamming is the way to go nowadays. Even NewsNation is having to readjust because no one is tuning in to that channel for straightforward coverage.

  14. Is WDTV pining to be an ABC affiliate? It's still better than the WEWS logo.

  15. I already see that Sandra Mitchell is filling in as anchor for the 10 pm news. Nice to see her behind the desk again.

  16. I imagine that hour of NewsNation Prime goes away and On Balance slides into that slot when Dan Abrams’ show starts.

  18. It's going to be interesting to see just how well this new streaming service does, or if it's gone after a year or so. It would be cool to see a side by side comparison of FOX Weather with The Weather Channel, Weather Nation TV & AccuWeather. It's good that they are being overseen by the news department, that should give it some credibility.
