    Anchor changes take affect at Wichita's KAKE 10 (ABC).     Sad news coming out of Corpus Christi. Meteorologist Matt Terhune of NBC affiliate KRIS-TV has passed away this morning after a long and courageous battle of brain cancer. Matt leaves behind his beloved wife, Michelle and two adorable children Madeline and Nathan. Matt Terhune was 39 years old. TVNT would like to take this time to offer our prayers and condolences to The Terhune Family and to staff of KRIS 6 News. Rest in Peace, Matt and Godspeed.     Speaking of Chief Meteorologist, Nashville's ABC affiliate WKRN-TV has hired a new chief to replace the soon-to-be retired Lisa Patton. Danielle Vollmar of Boston's ABC affiliate WCVB is heading to Music City to take the helm of Chief Meteorologist on July 5th.     There's a new main anchor over at Houston's FOX 26 (KRIV). Jonathan Martin will take over the 5:00 & 9:00PM newscasts for FOX 26 News starting May 9th. Martin, who most recently served as a national correspondent for Al Jazeera America. Previously, he was weekend anchor and general assignment reporter for WSMV/Nashville.     IIRC, Mark Wright used to anchor evenings and moved to mornings over at Q13 (KCPQ).

    One more note. Tegna is NOT selling WFAA either. And that goes for all the Tegna stations as well.
