Her back-and-forth with Mike was probably more than any station management could have dreamed. Their recent viral videos seemed to have gone viral for the best reasons, highlighting their chemistry rather than flubs. So- promote from within or hire? I didn't think the earlier chemistry between Mike Jerrick and Donya Archer could ever be topped - and Mike and Sheinelle easily and completely topped them. I was saying to myself... I bet it's "For Good"... and it was! I remember when she came in and Good Day was in a transition phase from George Mallet and Kerri-Lee Halkett and a series of anchors came along to be partnered with Sheinelle (John Anderson and Clayton Morris to name a few).
