Paging @Knoxville TV Fan...

Thank you for sharing this one. I asked Retrosyde Archive, the person who uploaded this, and says that they have some local newscasts they'll be uploading. It's good that you shared this one, because I remember Rick Benjamin and Lori Tucker being on WATE at the time.

Part of a KIMA NewsBeat 5:55 broadcast from September 15th, 1989. Colleen Bagnall the anchor, with Gary Peixoto on sports and Stu Seibel's WX. KIMA, KEPR and KLEW aired their evening news at *5:55* for many years, then went back to 6.

Not sure what happened...I had two others at the ready.

KATU 6/17/99 5PM open

WHO NewsCenter from 11/25/93 (partial)

We got some gems here. All from Oklahoma City.

The KOKH newscast from 1999 is pretty much a white whale, as nothing from the “News Matrix”/Fox 1999-2000 promo graphics era had been available on YT until now, and that era was the only set of opens that KOKH has used since its current news department began in 1996 that was missing.

Something I’ve been waiting to see again for ages now: a mid-2000s WNYT newscast!! It’s not complete, unfortunately, but it has someone I thought I’d never see again, John Allen! I actually got to meet him in 2006 when my family was featured on the news.
