  1. This was taken from KOTV in Tulsa during its "KOTV 6 News" era. A couple highlights include a promo for Clayton Vaughn and Karen Carlsen (at 23:55), a weather bulletin at 11:35, and a Ragu commercial at 41:12 voiced by Doug Paul. YouTuber munecojim has a lot of Guiding Light episodes from KOTV on his channel, besides this one.

  3. I'm going to make a wild guess and say that there are security concerns with doing stuff on the Plaza. There's a reason why they were primarily indoors during election night coverage. The times, they are a'changin'.
