The FCC is planning to fine Sinclair $13.3 million for failing to disclose that "news stories" about the Huntsman Cancer Institute were actually paid advertisements. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-sinclair-fcc-exclusive/exclusive-fcc-plans-to-fine-sinclair-13-3-million-over-undisclosed-commercials-idUSKBN1E92C7

 2. Do we have any clips of that? Plus it’s weird seeing who keeps popping up in L.A. - no wonder CBS 2’s slogan was once the station of the people!

 7. A short WNYT promo from some time in the late 90s-early 2000s that makes fun of WRGB’s Doppler Radar. While I’m on the subject of classic TV, have any of you guys ever been to the website of the Wolfson Archive? It has a treasure trove of South Florida TV clips (most of which seem to be from the master copies!) that are really worth checking out. Just search for the call letters of a certain South Florida station and you’re good to go. http://www.wolfsonarchives.info/search-the-catalog/

 10. Going off of your usual grammatically incorrect laden post, I’m going to assume you didn’t comprehend what I said. My comment talked about the majority of morning television viewers, not the majority of Americans overall. Also, all three morning programs have been losing viewers by the millions. Really not sure that a personal attack on Robin Roberts was called for. Although it’s quite funny because she isn’t supposed to do anything for men. The morning programs are targeted towards middle aged mothers, not men. This wasn’t even a comparison between Robin and Savannah, it was a statement that Savannah is one of the weakest anchors the Today Show has ever had - in my opinion. Ratings success could easily be because of Hoda and not Savannah.

 11. Actually, TODAY show has wone Weeks in the ratings with Matt and Savannah. And you can't say the majrotiy and when only 12.5 Million out of 323 Million American watches the morning shows combined. The problem was not Savannah. GMA has been losing viewership as well even if they have been number 1 overall in viewers but TODAY Show has been number 1 in the Age 25-54 age group for over a year which is what really matters to the Network and Advertisers! It more important By the way, Robin Roberts doesn't do a d*m thing for me. She actually doesn't do anything for Men in general.

 12. Well the show has been languished in second place since she got there up until a few weeks ago. The ratings change could be a testament to Hoda and not Savanah. So like I said, she doesn’t do a damn thing for me. And for the last 6 years, save for the past 4 weeks, she hasn’t done anything for a majority of American morning TV viewers either.

 14. Here it is, screenshots of Linda Cavanaugh's final newscast at KFOR. You can watch LInda's final thought here - http://kfor.com/2017/12/15/linda-cavanaugh-says-goodbye-to-kfor-family-and-yours/ Now as Linda heads off into retirement, what's next for KFOR as the Sinclair/Tribune merger continues to unfold? Just another thought, the following KFOR on air personalities have been with the station since before the turn of the century: Tara Blume - 1991 Brian Brinkley - 1990 Galen Culver - c. 1991 Ali Meyer - 2000 Mike Morgan - 1993 Kevin Ogle - 1993 Kent Ogle - 1993 Sarah Stewart - 1999 Lance West - 1995 I do not have any reason seeing any of the following leaving KFOR anytime soon, personally, I'm just hoping that they can decide their future on their terms and not those of the heavens in Hunt Valley.
