Bad enough that a lot of the legacy Nexstar stations still don't live stream their newscasts, now this happens. Something tells me they're on the verge of axing the streams altogether next as another one of many many cost-cutting moves by this station group.

As for the second, it is just the WLWC license. The station has been dark and CW programming moved to a subchannel on Nexstar's WPRI 12 (CBS) and WNAC 64 (Fox).

WNYT has named Asa Stackel as its new morning anchor, to replace Phil Bayly. Was kinda expecting that from the start, as Dan Bazile is one of those weekenders who is kinda like Rob Jennings (meaning the weekends are his shtick.) Also, sadly, I think Ed Hopkins’ voice is starting to go... he does sound a bit raspy here. That is the real deal, though the weather bump was most certainly edited. There also was probably a change in news music at some point.
