  1. Word. When she was here in SD, the dudes would drool just by looking at her. Hell, Natasha caused an accident one time. I blame it on her goddess figure:

  2. Where does in the article does it say anything about Natasha? For all we know, they could be looking to make changes on the PM newscasts. Or IIRC, doesn't Eric solo anchor on weekends? There's another spot for Dion

  3. They've been doing that for a few years now.

  4. Wow I wasn't expecting that. That being said she never seemed to take vacation days so it's well deserved. I wonder if they are going to go the route of single headed for a while like WBAL did after they let Marianne Banister go (still miss her) before handing it to Donna. I imagine it will likely go to Mary Bubala as she's been with the station a long time and reports for the late news. I don't see them hiring an unknown to do the flagship (would the 11 be considered it?) newscast as they brand themselves personality wise. I remember when Sally Thorner left WJZ to retire and do the occasional corporate video, voice overs and travel my mom jokes why is it that she retires once the kids graduate college or head off? Her reasoning was that you work all these crazy hours but the minute they head off you quit. Wouldn't you want to travel as a family before the kids start their own lives?

  6. national advertisers are more interested in reruns they think will get a bigger national audience than targeting snowbirds in Florida and AZ, and local Chicago advertisers won't pay more to reach those, they still stream the news

  7. Natasha has developed a pretty loyal and fierce set of fans...and KGO knows that.

  8. Former WTSP anchor Dion Lim talking to KGO: https://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2017/4/4/former-tampa-anchor-spotted-talking-to-san-francisco-station If offered a job wonder if she would replace Natasha on the morning shows or join Eric on weekend evenings?

  9. I was home tonight for the first time in a while and decided to catch Fox 29 News at 10. One thing though call me off guard was them playing different songs as they we're going to commercial breaks. Just just curious to know how long they have been doing this and what do you guys think of this idea? I know 29 tends to be different.

  10. I think this is just an anomaly and there really isn't a reason for WLS to panic. I would wait at least a year to see where things are. I believe overall viewership for everyone is either flat or down which could be why WGN was able to get a win. And as 24994J suggested, who knows what may happen once the replacements are selected.

  11. I'm sure in just a few days we will all learn that Mr. Lewis had his account hacked. That will explain all those "likes" to the his angry netizens.

  13. Well here's a wee bit more info.. He's moving back to Indy due to a "long-distance relationship" and wants it to work out... He says he's got a few gigs here and there, but can't announce any "permanent" plans... This was via his Facebook page on March 17... https://www.facebook.com/wxrobb/
