  2. ION's WPXN appears to be the first broadcaster to move to One World Trade Center. They will star broadcasting from the tower in the fourth quarter 2017. On May 8th WNJU, WNBC, WCBS and WNET started transmission tests.

  9. Speaking of Arizona, this is a KPNX tribute to reporter Rick DeBruhl. An ID in the video at 1:45 shows that channel 12 also used the "Alive" branding Combined Communications used back in the '70s. A morning news open from '83 is also shown.

Of course, I don't see anything wrong with connecting to viewers through social media, but I agree, and I still think this is a very thin line that they're walking due to the nature of the stories that this is being done with. They're better off doing this for things that don't involve murders or serious crimes or anything, save it for goofier stories or entertainment news.
