Don’t know why they never got posted, but here’s some KLAS promos and IDs voiced by that infamous unknown male voiceover — the station ID is the same one heard in the open on the NMSA. Wonder if this YouTuber has that actual open?

Tbh, I always wondered why someone didn't do that way back in the day when it was with MyNetwork. It certainly could have qualified back then.

Two WCVB short promos from c.1994: the first with the late, great Dick Albert, the second is to announce the expansion of their morning newscast, which started at 5AM! It was a really unconventional time to start back then. WCVB preempted ABC World News This Morning from the very beginning (1982) and didn't air it until was moved to 4:30am, around 2001, but they always cleared ABC World News Now.

It’s definitely rare today but it has been done, remember Roger Grimsby and Bill Beutel? They were quite revered back in those old days from WABC.

Looks like the show is getting another rebrand. I just saw a promo for the CBS Evening News with Jeff Glor and it had a new logo set in Proxima Nova. It looked nice actually.

I found a station ID from that period in 3D CGI demo reel, but I can't remember exactly what it was. I should have mentioned that. There are a number of videos with wonky sound and tracking. Still, it's a great channel none the less, am I right?

The KDBC stuff is definitely new. We had nothing between 1980 (Home Country) and 1990.
