That same uploader put up one of the few Hellos you've never heard — WEVU! (Given the rarity of anything WEVU, this is a big find!)

A KVIA tease from 1992: And a series of KSAZ promos from late 1998 with the "Just You Watch" theme...

Inside KVUE in the mid-80s. The footage seems to come from May 1985: Listen at the end for a close from the same period. This is one of the earliest uses of this package.

I didn't know 1981 took place at the same time as 1975 myself.

Some WAFF material from 1986, which I consider to have the third wave of We're Your Kind of People: And a WAFF open from 2000:

KPNX teases from October 1994 including several NBC co-promos tagged "It's Easy as 1-2".

This WGN EBS test quite clearly comes from the same vintage as the EAN tape uploaded to YT fairly recently... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lS7d3vntkU4 WOI material from 1990, when the station used News Leader from VTS: And speaking of warnings, here's one from WOI's weather department. Useful county graphics accompany the radar:

One thing I failed to mention about the mid-late 90s Baton Saskatchewan theme is that it outlasted BBS by quite a bit. The signoff created for these stations when Baton essentially became CTV was still in use in 2006, years after the news theme (which is its background music) was discontinued and even the voiceover had left: Prior to Baton, the stations additionally produced one common provincial newscast, originally known as Saskatchewan Television News and later as The Provincial. This was aired on the final edition of the program in 1995 — note the open snippet from 1987:

A KINT news story from 1994-95...where they're the story! People marched on the station. One carries a sign reading "Channel 26 is Not The Pride of Hispanics ... Pure Lies, No News".

Interesting to compare the CFQC version to the earlier version of that open, without BBS branding, which also was used by CKCK: (I love this theme BTW) The look after can only be described as unimaginative: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id=v_MT2eRRztk;t=41 What Baton was doing in London was much better:

A KNXV movie promo from 1986: And because it's corny, "This ain't no bull!" (The original Earnhardt's Auto Center shut down a decade ago and was redeveloped into a Lowe's, Circle K and some smaller shops.) KXLY's midday news in 1998: WHO in 1993. Its Live at Five used The Place to Be:

Post-World Series (Game 6) WCCO newscast from 1991: A really corny Arizona Lottery promo from KTVK in 1990, showing the 1988/89 to 1993 lottery set with KGUN and KTVK balls on the set... This set was retired when The Pick became Lotto in 1993. (We used to have a drawing on that set, but it disappeared with ctmikect's channel. Come back! Also, ewjxn seems to have the newscast from this date as he is posting commercials from it.) A WATE news brief from 1981:

By 1991, they'd moved on to the squares look and plainer 4. I went searching — while I couldn't get that reel, I found the guy that did WXII's TVbD knockoff from 1990 (and a ton of CBN/Family Channel stuff)...

The KDBC stuff is definitely new. We had nothing between 1980 (Home Country) and 1990. The 1990 open is not in the NMSA and there's a reason why we have it in the first place — it's out of pitch and on a blooper reel! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id=nxiAW6ZbXmk;t=626 We have a Sunday Sports Special open (partial) from 1987: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id=gtXvygBEDOU;t=118

It might sound like a morning show, but "Channel 12 News Today" was KTVH's early evening broadcast in 1989. The big story: George H.W. Bush's visit to Helena.

Just caught a raw Beyond cut being used as a stinger for the B-block special report. I'm going to have to send a long, attachment-filled email to the NMSA. I truly think the opens debuted in September are "Beyond with Just You Watch the Best Signature". Good grief is KSAZ a news music mess, now moreso than most times. I believe KSAZ may have been the first station to debut these changes as they did so at the start of NFL season. Also, is it me or does this also scream Arnold?
