Yeah It's been Kristine and Maurice every night. I honestly wish Dick and Alice would fill in. It would be great to get them some exposure to the 6pm time slot, but I guess they're in need of reporters at that time.
I wonder if it's because Kristine & Maurice are the primary weeknight anchors?

I don't think anyone was trying to sound disrespectful. It sounds like you are equating not agreeing with you to disrespecting you. I apologize if that's what you're feeling, but definitely not the intention.
I just don't find what you're saying to have a real chance in happening. Just like when you mentioned WNBC hiring some random reporter out west to be thier main anchor. Could it happen? Yes. Is it likely? No.
It's okay and I agree and people please take what I say here with a grain of salt I have no insider info just posting ideas that's all.

If you are saying whatever and cursing you are throwing a temper tantrum. You are getting offended because others don't agree with you. There's nothing wrong with having a difference of opinion (as far out there as that opinion may be which is often the case with anchor shuffling with you). If there are cliques here, I haven't noticed nor am I a part of one.
I think what pisses me off the most is people throwing down any opinions or ideas I have all the while being so sure of theirs. I respect everyone's opinions here but people also need to respect mine.

Not throwing a temper tantrum but it gets so fucking irritating when people here throw down any ideas or suggestions I have its like your not part of our clique so we could care less what you think and what I posted about Shirleen was what I think will happen not what is actually going to happen.

Funny how people here say Camille has such big plans for Shirleen yet knock any ideas I have about Shirleen getting the 5 & 11 gig. You all can believe what you wanna believe but if Camille has big plans for Shirleen I see it being primary anchor not a frumpy low rated noon anchor .

There's no need to do that. There's a reason why the hired Shirleen and put her on at noon when they could have given Diana the noon show. Diana will most likely retire in the next few years and it will be a lot less trouble to have Shirleen assume the 5pm newscast.

Why would they go through all that trouble? It's more likely that Shirleen will replace Diana at some point. No need to shuffle everyone around.
That's not shuffling every one around. It's shuffling 2 people Shirleen and sade swapping schedules every one else keeps their same schedules .

I honestly don't think anyone will leave but certain roles will be swapped.
Shirleen: promoted from noon co-anchor/early evening reporter to 5 & 11 pm co-anchor.
Sade: bumped off 5 & 11 pm to noon co-anchor/early evening reporter
Diana & Liz: same roles as they are now.

Question, was Liz hired to be top dog right upon arrivial, or did she do like the noon for a little bit before assuming the 11 (and 6)?
Liz started as 6 & 11 pm co-anchor before assuming 4 pm duties in 2011.

True but remember other stations have different policies. Melody Mendez wasn't able to announce where she was headed right away and she's going to Boston. I honestly don't see Diane getting a prime late afternoon gig 5 days a week. Weekends yes weekdays no. If Diane is in fact going to WNBC I see her getting weekend evenings with Natalie Pasquarella getting the 4 pm gig with Stefan.

This was brought up elsewhere but does anyone here think maybe Diane is going to WNBC to anchor the 4:00 show?
I wouldn't say yes but it also depends on how long her non compete is if it's longer then 2 months then more then likely she won't be joining WNBC.

Nah! She is a certified ratings disaster. That is a bad reputation to have in the industry when you flop in all your anchor jobs. She has little value now and she is old in television standards for a female anchor. There is no way CNN and CBS will waste their time taking her back. She should quit anchoring. The industry is too fast for her, she seems like a person who would do well with a 9-5 job.
Erica is 39 years old hardly old at all. In fact out of all 3 major networks I believe she is the youngest.

My guess is she competes in the competition and goes back to her GMA gig full time when the season ends or when she gets eliminated. I didn't think they would let an ABC/Disney employee participate.

Couldn't agree more Ryan or Billy are more suited towards a light hearted hour of today (9 am) while Willie would be more the one to take on the 7-9am hour (this is assuming Matt doesn't renew his contract which he can do if he wishes)
