  1. Well you know what they say everything happens in threes.
  2. It's too bad that this happened but pretty sure WCAU couldn't wait forever for an outcome.
  3. More then likely they'll move Jacqueline off the 5 pm and have her permanent at 4, 6 & 11. Denise or Rosemary or an outsider will replace Jacqueline at 5.
  4. Kenny Choi New morning anchor at KPIX; Frank Mallicoat contract not renewed: http://www.adweek.com/tvspy/kpix-makes-morning-anchor-moves/164429
  5. Shannon Mulaire returning to Boston to anchor/report at NECN. http://www.adweek.com/tvspy/necn-hires-shannon-mulaire/164381
  6. Cara McCollum has sadly passed away. http://www.ftvlive.com/todays-news/2016/2/22/jersey-anchor-dies-from-injuries-from-car-crash Prayers to her family and friends during this difficult time. Story from NBC10 http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/Miss-New-Jersey-Cara-McCollum-Dies-Car-Crash-369641111.html#ixzz40uH3OnV6
  7. Morgan Chesky debuted last night as the new weekend co-anchor for KOMO TV in Seattle no clue what happened to previous co-anchor Russ Bowen.
  8. Calm down there people he's just giving his scenario of what he thinks could happen in the future no harm in that.
  9. Shiba Russell is now officially no longer with WNBC her bio is no longer up and her social media pages no longer contain "4NY"...wish her the best in the next stage of career.
  10. Ginger Zee was on GMA this morning she returns March 14th.
  11. Interesting they are having the primary evening team anchor the new show rather then the 4 pm team.
  12. Got to thinking Stefan joins in late April but the 4 pm launches late May surely it can't take that long for training or doing a practice run. They must have him doing something before that ie reporting from the street.
  13. My guess for Stefans replacement some barely out of college 23 year old working in Missoula Montana.
  14. I wouldn't be surprised if WNBC utilized Stefan as Chuck's primary fill in.
  15. I only see Sibila doing the 4 pm if they revamp the 5 pm into a one hour show as opposed to the current split set up they have going now otherwise it's gonna be someone current (besides Sibila) or an outsider.
  16. Wonder if he will paired with a current anchor or another outsider will be brought in?
  17. Something odd about that article. Brynn tweeted she would be back Monday and Shiba has made no mention of leaving. And if she was let go why would network continue to use her? I wouldn't be surprised if she's on network again next week.
  18. Who would've known I surely thought network would hire Shiba full time as correspondent/contributing anchor. As for who would replace her at WNBC I could see it being Natalie Pasquarella. Kerry Barrett is another possibility but isn't she an intergal part of TINY? Also doesn't surprise me since this month is Shiba's 5th year with WNBC and seems to be a tradition its not working out or you find something better after 5 years people move on.
  19. Could someone please tell me who co-anchored the morning news with Ukee before Erika came along? Thanks!
  20. Out of the blue guess but could they be moving Erika to Nicole Brewers old slot on the weekends and bringing someone new to co-anchor alongside Jim?
  21. So unless another website posts about him being named Saturday NN anchor it isn't authentic? SMH
  22. So what's gonna happen to Erika Von what's her face? Pushed out? Moving to weekends? Evenings?
  23. http://www.ftvlive.com/todays-news/2016/1/25/changing-jobs Jose Diaz-Balart has been named co-anchor of the Saturday versions of NN.
  24. Kristine Johnson renews her agreement with WCBS as co-anchor of CBS2 news at 5 & 11 pm and also adds network anchor/correspondent to her duties as well. This probably explains why Kristine has been seen at network anchoring lately.
