Fox Weather has been doing live severe weather coverage all day and night on the severe weather warnings in the South. As much as they’ve had a lot to criticize about, they still do some stuff right compared to TWC.

The only graphical changes to the CBS News locals today were a new title card and logo. Otherwise, it’s still the core 2018 CBSN Local package. Any new graphics will debut on the O&Os and the streaming platforms simultaneously.

About last night's severe weather coverage. Apparently, TWC did continue with rolling coverage overnight only in areas affected.

With Bryon Allen about to purchase TEGNA, he could easily respond to this criticism by simulcasting a TEGNA station's severe weather coverage on TWC overnights in the future.

They aired a piece from KHON a few days prior. Won’t be surprised if Fox inked deals with Nexstar and Scripps to launch FWX on their Fox stations.

The Across America segment also didn’t run at all during the FBN simulcast, but it came back in the 8am ET hour.
