One thing I don't understand: Phil Schwarz did the weather for the 4:30am portion of the morning news while Tracy took over the 5-7am part today. Why?

He was basically a co-host for the whole hour, appearing for the 9@9 (though he was only observing), talking with Dean Richards about celebrities, a Maury interview, and the end-of-show text segment.
