Looks like KJRH will actually have a little bit different version of the new graphic along with a white logo as well they have been using this on certain promos.

Are these exclusive to the morning news or are they gonna be rolled out to all newscasts?

Someone was on YouTube commenting that KXXV is "next".  Not sure if he's speaking "insider baseball" or just opining, though.  We'll find out soon if it's KXXV or some other station that gets it next.

I know that guy. He’s a spammer who does that “Next” thing on my videos. I wouldn’t listen to him.

I recently came across a rare newscast from KXII-TV 12 featuring anchorman John Hurt, dated 1980.

Here is another rare news clip from Texas. This time, we take you to KGBT-TV for a news open from 1983-84.

And here is a weekend news open from KGBT from 1984.

And another KGBT open from the early 1980s using the WAVY news theme from Tuesday.

And...a news open using the NBC TV-Radio Telepulse theme.

Wow lots of Texas TV legends here. Ron Oliveira, Gloria Campos, Jeff Eliasoph....

Also how is that the WAVY News Theme? It sounds Tuesday but I don’t think I’ve heard that cut before.

Worst open? Dude, seriously? MG gave WRIC a fresh new look (FX set, graphics, logo, everything) in 2016 before the Nexstar takeover. Paul Turner became the station's new VO earlier this year. It needed that look.

I’m starting to think this thread is getting WAAAYYYY out of hand for that guy. I’m no moderator, but I personally feel this is spam.
