CircleSeven 1960 Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 As of Sept. 1, the sale is now closed. Hearst is out of the Islands now. It feels kind of weird not to see the big HEARST letters on the copyright liner, with the Hearst graphics. Let's see how long they keep that too.

The station also has new lower thirds and new music (I'm guessing production music). Elements of the Hearst package are still there in the open but with blue and white. KITV used Good Morning Hawaii for its morning newscast for most of the 1990s.
