Except for that blasted ticker.

You may think that, but the ticker changed with the graphics also.

Old look w/ ticker from the previous Meredith graphics:

New look w/ new ticker:

Funny thing is, when they first started using this prior look they were using that particular one's ticker, but somehow reverted back to the old Raycom one around late 2022 or so. I was actually anticipating they'd switch to GrayONE once they moved to their newer building later this year.

There are a few stations missing. Is there a reason for that?

As the creater of the map, i will happily explain:

It is a work in progress

More stations will be added sporadically, within a week or two of station going GrayONE, it will be added as well.

I forgot to post it here since i have not been here regularly since the Domain snafu earlier this year.

WECT went GrayONE as of Noon today.

It looks really good! I love this cut of Inergy! They were previously using this cut for their 6PM news open when they dropped the NBC peacock from their logo.

Well most likely add WWSB to the list.

Too bad that WVUE didn't go with the purple in their package.

I guess they're too engrained with the blue going all the way back to their pre-Raycom days under Louisiana Media post-Emmis.

Beating WWL into submission and being the top station in New Orleans is probably something they don't want to mess with.  They have the reach that the other stations simply don't have in terms of freedom to program newscasts.  WDSU is all alone and anything WWL (WUPL) and WGNO (WNOL) even tries to put out can't even hold a candle to what WVUE can put out...
