New M&A. And to me, this is pretty big. KCSG in Utah is getting sold. The buyer, you would not believe it but I kid you not. It's Weigel Broadcasting for $1.1M. This is the very first time they have acquired a station outside of the markets they've served.

WHTV in Lansing was supposed to sign off months ago on April 30th. It keeps on chugging extra life and battery for some reason. But the next date to try to go off air is August 31st, 2017 at 12 Midnight. Until it happens, I doubt they'll sign off by then too. Btw, its still just Jewelry Television on 18.1

Don't be surprised if they leave the new guy on weekend nights with Michelle. I have a feeling they 'might' do something like this..
