In fact, seems like ever since Karen returned from maternity leave, they're hardly ever on together anymore. Or at least more often than not. (That is, more often solo than not solo. Noticed that too. However, both Michelle and Sandra were off this weekend so it's likely vacation playing a factor. I really don't see Toni as a lead morning anchor though. We could also see someone completely unexpected to replace Lori. Remember when Steve was fired no one expected Ken to get the spot. Weren't the top contenders originally Phil Lipof, Jeff Rossen and Joe Torres?1 point

Between the Nexstar WAVY-WVBT duopoly and whichever stations Sinclair keeps between WTVZ and the WTKR-WGNT duopoly they inherited from Tribune, I think Tegna (nee Gannett and Belo) waited too late to pursue a duopoly with WSKY and WVEC. Can't see another duopoly being allowed for Norfolk.1 point
