What's really amazing is that John Coleman was in the business for over 60 years, here he is at WCIA in 1958:

A WAKR news report from 1985 — Albany viewers will get to see a quick glimpse of a young Jim Kambrich pre-Albany at the very beginning of this video (sadly, he doesn’t speak). However, you can see him in this newsbreak from after the call letter change. Plus KMTV was still using Brave New World in 1997:

Walter, Alicia, Jeff and Melissa were on Saturday from 5:00p through to 6:30. Looks like there’s also a half hour of news at 7:00p after World News. Does anyone know if this is the start of a permanent Saturday expansion, or something special ahead of the Big Game?

Thanks, I was just about to ask "Who is this new chick on KUSI"? Now I don't have to wait for the graphic. Anybody got dirt on her yet...or do I have to look her up myself? Is she a felon? Does she text and drive? Is she from AZ cuz she looks like some woman from Gilbert. Does she have any dirt on Janet Zapalla? Oh I just read her bio... Looks kinda boring.

Maybe they are getting ready for a significant presence in Minneapolis? WCAU has their morning, evening and other anchors on site.

Ginger Jeffries, who left KMIR six months ago, is joining KUSI (IND-9) in San Diego as the weekend AM co-anchor along side Jason Austell. It sounds like Elizabeth Alvarez is being moved from the anchor desk to the field (like Dan Plante). http://www.kusi.com/bios/82184/

I can see pixelation in the opens and a legal ID mentioning WTLV instead of WJXX, probably because it was meant to be very temporary. I also saw an Allbritton-era WJXX ID at the beginning of the video. Speaking of Gannett: Have you knew before that the 1990s version of the Deathstar was used on WKYC, KVUE (owned by Belo from 1999-2013), WTLV, and WMAZ? I still can't find a video of KXTV's Deathstar or KPNX's use of the 2000s version of the Deathstar ID (also used on KUSA and WUSA).
